Biodiverse Anthropocenes is a research programme of the University of Oulu supported by the Research Council of Finland PROFI6 funding (2021-2026). This innovative and transdisciplinary research initiative brings together researchers from the social and natural sciences to jointly investigate the loss of biodiversity that currently threatens multi-species well-being and planetary sustainability, and to develop future-oriented solutions both in the Arctic and around the world. Małgorzata Kowalska was a VisitANTs Fellow in 2023 with her project ‘Nature conservation as more-than-human sociality. Shifting responsibilities and care’.
