Together with Professor Mariusz Lamentowicz and the Faculty of Geographical and Geological Sciences, we cordially invite you to the second edition of the Pact for Wetlands conference, which aims to discuss the key role of wetlands in biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation and maintenance of ecosystem services.
This meeting of scientists and practitioners aims to bring together experts, researchers, government and NGO representatives, activists, business representatives and environmental enthusiasts to share knowledge and create a space to discuss current issues and challenges in wetland conservation, restoration projects, management and the policy framework needed to protect these unique ecosystems.
